“Terrible communication... Terrible service.. UNPROFESSIONAL I had my first interview to be introduced to services and to find out what my part of the coverage cost would be after several phone calls and emails that were unanswered.. next step was supposed to be the psychiatrist appointment... That never happened we were ghosted with our emails and our phone calls.. no return calls nothing.. meanwhile I'm still SUICIDIAL and THEY know this!...then I found out from my therapist who I gave permission to contact them that their psychiatrist would not work with someone like me and my mental health disorders for their therapy which was not shared with us in any of our communications interviews or discussions. Never any callbacks nothing.. this was not a matter of days this was weeks and I was in a crisis...this place is so unprofessional.. I'm glad I did not go there for therapy.. I would not send my dog there for therapy knowing what I do now! I would have given it zero Stars if possible! S.Z.”

“Terrible place, terrible service. Horrible communication skills. Spoke with the owner, I was beyond horrified at the treatment I received while expressing my frustrations. This place is not for helping the mentally ill and is more concerned with doing dismissing harm than doing good. Told me verbatim, out of 600 clients you are reacting the worst and xyz... Explain to me how any of that statement was helpful after dismissing my frustrations??? Tried to gaslight me into saying I was communicated with about my psychiatrist missing my appointment, when I provided my number for verification, she changed the subject and started speaking about the nature of being good fit for the practice. I asked how I wasn't a good fit for trying to understand how the practice works regarding communication. As a Black woman I felt silenced and ignored and NANCY BRENNAN did not care to accommodate or help, instead chose to escalate the situation and insult me. Describing my actions as aggressive when I was simply asking for communication and understanding how the practice operates. Beyond disgusting. Continuously tried to problematize my questioning to dodge accountability. If the owner of the practice engages in such negative behaviors with clients that are seeking appointments, I can not imagine seeking treatment with her. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR MENTAL SERVICES”

“Worked with a social worker here. I informed them that I had suicidal plans and it took them three days to get back to me with a cold email about what appointment times they had available. It was made very clear that I less I had money for them they couldn't be bothered to care about me as a human being.”
