How likely are you to recommend Pine Rest Southwest Clinic?
“They are the worst place ever. They do not care about their patients. Because if you can't drive, they just cancel your appointments. They do not do virtual visit they just want to see you in public. So you better have a driver to take you because some people can't get. The Special service. And they just like to take your money and not help you.😡😡😡😡 they locked me out of my chart so I can not get the help I need. They don't care about your safety”
“I was hesitant to come here, because I was completely dismissed by the psychology center, but I saw Abigail Plominksi and she validated my concerns, listened, asked great questions and made me feel seen. I am so glad that I went and that she was the provider that was assigned to me.”
“Don’t go or even make appointments at this facility. They will never take you seriously they won’t help you. They won’t give you medication what you need. They have terrible doctors. You can literally beg them for wants to help you. They just give you the runaround. You can explain exactly what you need for your exact symptoms and they pretty much say you too bad. They just give you the bare minimum. I would not recommend this for anyone ever. It’s basically just torture.”
“At first I was more shocked than anything but the more I have thought about it the more I realize that my experience was not okay. My time with him was okay at first but my therapist Dr. Joshua Matlack was extremely accusatory, insensitive, invalidating, and condescending in my last session and in my mychart messages. He didn't listen to anything I had to say or give me the benefit of the doubt. I was already struggling and now I feel even worse than when I first started. I have tried calling the clinic office manager and patient relations and no call back yet.”
