“If you are thinking about TMS, do it. 20 years of attempting to find something to help me, and TMS by far has had the most substantial impact on my life. The journey isn't over, but I feel like I have my feet under me again to be able to keep these improvements going. Palmier specifically. I met one of the owner's when I first came in, and he was there today to see how I was after my last treatment. Greatly appreciate him personally checking up on me. The psychiatrist, operations manager and tech are all great people and professional. I never felt unwelcome or any extra anxiety because of them. The facility is clean and well kept. The treatment room has good visuals with animals on the TV. Comfortable chair to keep your treatment comfortable as well. This is just a personal opinion that may only be relevant to me. I personally would have loved to have had a small side room with a couch or something to gather myself(I have panic attacks) before the drive home. I live in O'Fallon and drive past Greenbrook TMS treatment because recommendations to me were that Palmier was better. The 3 minute treatments was worth the drive. Greenbrook has a lack of reviews everywhere in the STL area for a reason I suspect. Thank you Palmier”
